Love drinking, Hate a hangover

Love having a few cocktails and enjoying the night after a long day? Of course. Hate the feeling of guilt and regret in the morning when you don't remember how you got home last night or what you said to those people you were talking to all night? Even worse when you're so foggy, groggy and gut wrenched pukey you can't image getting out of bed and starting your day.  Here are a few tips on how to drink moderately, responsibly and not feel like shit the next day.

It's okay to indulge in a little Jim, Jack, and Johnny but stick with it. Don't change up your liquor throughout the night. It's when you mix wine, beer, shots of liquor, mixed drinks and more that you end up feeling gross the next day.
Stay class about it.  You don't need to be shotgunning beers, doing beer bongs or matching anyone in shots all night. It proves more to a man when a woman can handle her alcohol and not seem like a drink machine when she's out and about.

A nice white wine spritzer (white wine and lemon lime soda) is a classy cocktail enjoyed by Marilyn Monroe. A good red wine pairs good with most dinners, especially Italian and tastes good with a little cola added to top it off! Keep the liquor drinking to once a week and use wine and beer as light fillers for the other days you choose to drink.

Also make sure to drink lots of water throughout the day, your drinking and at night put a glass by your bedside.  Selena Gomez has a glass of tap for unicef.
