Happy Memorial Weekend!!



Fruit Pizza is a fun, healthy way to celebrate! Memorial weekend kicks off the start of summer.  This means bikini time is in full swing.  Get fit now by celebrating Memorial day proper.  Make good choices like take a bike ride and eat fruit. While playing volleyball eat some veggies.  The healthy choices you make now, will definitely show in your body and skin all summer long! 

Easy Fruit Pizza Recipe:
1. Spread sugar cookie dough out as crust on non-stick pan and bake as directed.
2. Mix 8oz. pkg of cream cheese (low,reduced fat) and 8oz pkg Cool Whip, spread on cooled crust
3. Top with fruit! (nothing that will spoil like bananas, or nothing too juicy like peaches)
Keep refridgerated if possible :) Enjoy.
