Style Summer Scarves

My biggest fashion pet peeve is wearing things that are out of season.  For example, UGG boots in the summertime.  Or opened toed shoes in the winter when there is 3 ft of snow!  During the dog days of summer, I could not be more confused as to why women would be wearing scarves while sweating.

If you do find the cutest silk scarf with a perfect pattern that is begging to come out of your closet, try tying it onto your bag for a cute look
