Love your body and your besties.  Host a Yoga Party! Whether it's with 1 or 6, get in shape and make sure your friends do as well!  Invite your girlfriends over for an afternoon of Meditation, Yoga and Relaxation.  Create a build-a-healthy smoothie bar complete with protein powder and all!  Gather all infront of a DVD follow along yoga routine, or take the party outside and take turns showing off yoga moves you've each learned in your various experiences.  This is a wonderful way to stay healthy and happy :)
