How to lose weight naturally.  Simple steps to take to look thinner:
1. Start with a salad.
When ordering out, ask for a salad on the side instead of fries.  Before you dig into the burger or entree, eat the salad first. This will fill you up and if you don't finish the entree it's easier to take home for later too, more than a salad.

Before lunch, throw some lettuce and dressing on a plate and eat that.  If you're still hungry you can make a half sandwich or soup.

2. Choose Skim Milk.
Skim milk has so much less fat than creamer for coffee or 2% milk to drink and with cereal.
